If you plan to use insurance for your appointments, please schedule through Headway using the link below.
Private Pay/Out of Network
If you are scheduling as a out-of-pocket/self-pay patient or a patient who wants to utilize out-of-network benefits, please use the link below.
After scheduling, you will receive secure electronic intake & appointment instructions by email and/or text prior to your appointment. If using insurance you will receive paperwork from both Headway & The Healing Place Psychiatry. All forms must be completed before your scheduled visit.
A valid card on file is required to schedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a fee.
All appointments are conducted securely via telehealth for patients who are located in Texas.
