Before Scheduling
Please note that controlled medications (such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, Ritalin, Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, and Valium) are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and on a case-by-case basis. Prescribing these medications requires a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and may require additional documentation, monitoring, or prior treatment history. A prescription is never guaranteed and is based on clinical judgment, medical necessity, and applicable laws and regulations.

Most major commercial insurance plans are accepted. Insurance eligibility and benefits will be verified after your appointment request has been reviewed.
After Requesting Your Appointment
– Complete the brief screening questionnaire sent to your email.
– Your appointment request will be reviewed before being confirmed.
– If approved, you’ll receive your appointment confirmation and secure intake paperwork. Intake paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
– Patients using insurance will receive a separate secure email from Headway to complete insurance verification and required account setup.
– A valid payment method is required for all appointments. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows are subject to a $75 fee.
– All appointments are conducted securely via telehealth for adults located in Texas.
