A Note Before Scheduling
Controlled medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate following a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. A prescription is never guaranteed and may require additional records, monitoring, or prior treatment history.
If a Schedule II medication is recommended, Texas prescribing requirements require the prescription to be issued by a physician. As part of our practice’s collaborative care process, an evaluation with our collaborating physician will be required. This visit has a separate out-of-pocket fee, which will be disclosed in advance.
All treatment recommendations are individualized and based on clinical need, safety, and applicable prescribing requirements.

Click the button below to request an appointment. All new patient appointment requests include a brief screening questionnaire, which is reviewed before appointments are confirmed.
Most major commercial insurance plans are accepted. Coverage varies by individual plan. For patients using insurance, eligibility and benefits will be verified during the onboarding process before the appointment is confirmed.
After Requesting Your Appointment
– A valid payment method is required when submitting your appointment request.
– Complete the brief screening questionnaire that appears during the scheduling process.
– After submitting the screening questionnaire, you’ll be directed to begin your secure intake paperwork. Please complete all required forms as soon as possible. All required intake paperwork must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
– Your appointment request and screening information will be reviewed by our team. Your requested appointment is not confirmed while required onboarding items are still pending.
– If you are using insurance, you’ll receive a separate secure email from Headway to complete your account setup and insurance verification. Coverage varies by individual plan, and eligibility and benefits must be verified before your appointment is confirmed.
– Once all applicable requirements have been completed and reviewed, you’ll receive confirmation of your appointment.
– Late cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, and late arrivals of 10 minutes or more are subject to a $75 fee.
– All appointments are conducted securely via telehealth for adults located in Texas.
